RETURNS & POLICIES

We are a small business and every Softball Vibe order is printed on-demand just for you. We stand by the quality of our product and we want you to be delighted with your order. If you received an order where the product itself is a flawed or damaged item, the quality of the printing is poor or the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen, we will be happy to send you a free replacement or look into a refund.

If your purchase meets any of the above criteria, contact us within five (5) business days of receipt, and we will process a replacement for you as soon as the issue is verified.  

Please include:

  • Your Order number
  • Email Address you registered on the shipping information.
  • Photo(s) of the affected items(s). Please include a photo of the whole item and any other photos that may help identify the issue and/or area of concern for verification.

If your claim is approved, replacements are processed immediately and qualified refunds may take 5 -10 business days to appear on your statement. Qualified replacement or refund will be processed after receiving the return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns. Shipping, handling, taxes, and any additional service costs are non-refundable.

Except in cases of loss or damaged item, as each order is custom made on demand, we cannot accept returns or process refunds if:

  • The item is printed as ordered, but custormer just changed their mind.
  • The item has been worn or washed or have been altered in any way or do not have the original tags.
  • Items do not fit as expected. Sizing charts or Product Dims are featured on most product pages for your reference to confirm sizing prior to purchase.
  • The item is a Personalized Order. *Pls note that creating Personalized items may take a little longer to fulfill as each order is customized manually.
